Description
| The 50’s + Group is a group for (you guessed it) people aged 50 and over. Why we exist: To provide fun fellowship activities/events for people 50+. We believe it is important for us to get to know each other. We can broaden our fellowship base by attending a fun event. We have events at Encounter as well as road trips to visit sites and attractions near us. People who attend Encounter and guests who may not attend Encounter are all welcome! We have a road trip planned for Friday October 15th to go to the Gilmore Car Museum located at 6885 Hickory Road, Hickory Corners, MI 49060. The special advent this day is Congress of Motor Cars featuring vehicles produced in 1942 or earlier.
Ticket cost for the Museum is $16.00. There is a Diner on site with a limited menu to purchase lunch.
We will carpool (unless you prefer to drive separately). If you carpool – it would be helpful to give your driver a few dollars towards gas for the trip.
